Job summary

Options Consulting Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented professional to own the full cycle of our testing program for applicants across Ontario. You will coordinate test sessions, update the program website, and manage payments while ensuring compliance and accurate record-keeping.

You will analyze data, generate reports and communicate with candidates, HR, and venues to ensure smooth delivery. Weekend availability may be required occasionally.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to learn scheduling/web-based tools.
• Experience with scheduling logistics and payment processing preferred.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to generate clear reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling of all applicant test sessions across Ontario with facilities and proctors.
• Maintain and update program website with test-dates, requirements and FAQs.
• Manage payment processing, track payments and report discrepancies.
• Monitor standards and ensure consistency in candidate experiences and testing compliance.
• Generate and distribute operational reports to management and stakeholders.
• Communicate with candidates, HR, operations, venues and external stakeholders for smooth delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of data, schedules, test results and payments with confidentiality.
• Track multiple tasks and deadlines, including weekend sessions, adjusting plans as needed.
• Perform audits to ensure processes meet quality standards and identify improvements.
