Job summary

CPA Ontario is seeking an Education Coordinator for a 6-month contract to support the CPA Pre-Certification program. You will resolve complex inquiries, coordinate enrolment and examinations, and ensure timely, accurate service throughout the student journey.

You will collaborate across teams, contribute to process improvements, and help drive operational excellence in support of student success.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree or diploma with at least two years in admin or program support.
• Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and data integrity.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce or similar DB.
• Excellent professional communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to complex student inquiries with timely, accurate resolutions.
• Test enrolment functionality, document outcomes, and suggest improvements.
• Review and refine student communications and portal content.
• Maintain data integrity through edit checks and gap analyses.
• Analyze recurring issues to identify process and service improvements.
