Job summary

triOS Education Group is seeking an Education Consultant for a hybrid role at Ottawa Campus. You will recruit, qualify and enroll prospective students by phone and email and guide them through admissions, with focus on accuracy and timely data entry in the college system.

The ideal candidate has at least a Grade 12 diploma, 2 years in a sales-related role, strong customer service and public speaking skills, and proficiency with MS Office and MS Teams.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 education required.
• Minimum two years in a sales-related role.
• Two years' experience in customer service, presentations and public speaking.
• Proficiency with MS Office and contact management software.
• Experience with online communication tools preferred.
• Private Career College experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interview and test applicants using the college's pre-screening and sales process.
• Guide prospects through the enrollment process and collect admissions paperwork.
• Ensure students enroll in appropriate programs and maintain data in the system.
