Overview

Ecological Clerk of Works – Location: Perth, Scotland; Coverage Area: Central Belt; Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent; Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 (plus paid mileage); Professional Development: 20 CPD days annually.

A well-established environmental consultancy is seeking an experienced Ecological Clerk of Works to join its growing team. With a strong presence in renewable energy, utilities, and residential development, the company delivers ecological expertise across a wide range of infrastructure projects.

This role is primarily field-based and best suited to someone located in or near Perth. Regular travel will be required to active sites throughout the Central Belt, including wind farms, solar installations, utility corridors, and housing developments. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring ecological compliance and advising stakeholders on best practices for habitat protection and species mitigation.
