AFM Industries is seeking an Outside Sales Territory Manager to grow our customer base in South East Ontario. You will drive sales from lead generation to deal closing, manage accounts, and promote AFM’s conveyor belting solutions to heavy industries within the territory.
You will travel across Ontario, visit sites, tailor solutions with internal teams, and stay updated on product lines and market trends to secure new opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.

Our services encompass all project stages, including product selection, logistical support, installation, commissioning, and operator training.
The Outside Sales Territory Manager will play a key role in growing the customer base and enhancing service delivery in South East Ontario. This position will conduct all sales activities from lead generation to deal closing using technical selling skills and focused product knowledge to deliver superior solutions to customers. The incumbent will be responsible for all aspects of account management, sales, and promotion to the Heavy-Duty Mining, Shipping ports, Cement, Aggregate, and other material-moving industries within the assigned territory.
The Outside Sales Manager will help manage existing customer accounts, identify new sales opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow-up, quoting support, and coordination with internal teams including inside sales, logistics, and service.
