BrightPath Early Learning & Child Care Career Center is hiring an Early Childhood Educator (Infant/Toddler) to provide a nurturing home-away-from-home for children aged 6 weeks to 3 years, aligned with BrightPath's curriculum.

This full-time role focuses on implementing developmentally appropriate activities, collaborating with families, and maintaining a safe, engaging classroom environment. No evenings or weekends, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• ECE Infant Toddler certificate required.
• Must meet province requirements for childcare employment.
• Current Standard First Aid and infant CPR.
• Current immunization and health assessment per local requirements.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing a program in line with BrightPath's curriculum that supports development.
• Maintaining an environment that protects the well-being of children.
• Assessing the abilities, interests, and needs of children and discuss progress with parents and other staff.
• Collaborating with co-workers, management, and families.
• Attending staff meetings and professional development opportunities as necessary.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of classroom materials.
• Other duties as assigned.

What will you be doing?

As an Early Childhood Educator (Infant/Toddler), you will work side-by-side with teachers and families to provide a home away from home for children ages 6 weeks - 3 years old in our care. Responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing a program in line with BrightPath's curriculum that supports the development of children.
• Maintaining an environment that protects the well-being of children.

• Establishing collaborative relationships with co-workers, management, and families.
• Attending staff meetings and professional development opportunities as necessary.
