BrightPath Kids is hiring for a full-time early childhood educator role in Manitoba. You will implement BrightPath’s curriculum, support children's development, and partner with families to discuss progress and plans.

Qualifications

• Early Childhood Educator Certificate required.
• Must meet provincial childcare requirements.
• Current Standard First Aid and infant CPR.
• Immunization and health assessment as per provincial requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement curriculum-aligned program.
• Maintain a safe, engaging environment for children.
• Assess children's needs and discuss progress with families.
• Collaborate with colleagues and families.
• Attend staff meetings and professional development.
• Keep classroom materials clean and organized.

What will you be doing?

• Developing and implementing a program in line with BrightPath’s curriculum that supports the development of children.
• Maintaining an environment that protects the well-being of children.
• Assessing the abilities, interests, and needs of children and discuss progress with parents and other staff.
• Establishing collaborative relationships with co-workers, management, and families.
• Attending staff meetings and professional development opportunities as necessary.
• Working to maintain cleanliness and organization of classroom materials.
• Other duties as assigned.
