Job summary

BrightPath Kids in Canada is seeking an Early Childhood Educator to work with children ages 3-5, partnering with teachers and families to create a home-like learning environment. You will implement a BrightPath curriculum and contribute to a safe, nurturing atmosphere.

Responsibilities include implementing the curriculum, monitoring child progress, and collaborating with staff. Benefits include childcare discounts, health and retirement plans, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have Early Childhood Educator Certificate.
• Must meet province requirements for childcare employment.
• Current Standard First Aid and infant CPR.
• Current immunization and health assessment as per local health requirements.

• Working to maintain cleanliness and organization of classroom materials.

What will you be doing?

As an Early Childhood Educator, you will work side-by-side with teachers and families to provide a home away from home for children ages 3-5 years old in our care. Responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing a program in line with BrightPath’s curriculum that supports the development of children.
• Maintaining an environment that protects the well-being of children.
