Position Overview

The Carriers Account Manager will drive our logistics success by building strong carrier relationships, ensuring timely freight delivery, and expanding our carrier network. The role requires a motivated, results-driven individual with excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to deliver exceptional service and support company growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective carriers
• Prospect and cultivate new carrier leads to establish capacity
• Identify potential business opportunities
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to provide seamless service
• Negotiate market-driven rates and ensure on-time shipment performance
• Ensure carrier compliance with ANDY's standards and communicate proactively if standards are not met
• Utilize Risk Management Information System knowledge
• Develop and expand the carrier network

Qualifications

• Driven, competitive, with strong problem-solving skills
• Experience in sales, negotiation, or communication preferred
