Position Overview:
The Carriers Account Manager will drive logistics success by building strong carrier relationships, ensuring timely freight delivery, and expanding our carrier network. The role requires a motivated, results-driven individual with excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to support company growth in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective carriers
• Prospect and cultivate new carrier leads to establish capacity
• Identify potential business opportunities
• Collaborate effectively with sales and operations teams to provide seamless service
• Negotiate rates and ensure on-time shipment performance
• Ensure carrier compliance with standards and address issues proactively
• Utilize Risk Management Information System knowledge
• Develop and expand the carrier network

Qualifications:

• Driven, competitive, with strong problem-solving skills
• Experience in sales, negotiation, or communication preferred
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
