Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and pursue business opportunities within the architect and designer community, large construction firms, and developers.
  • Build and maintain clients through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Create and deliver sales presentations to showcase product offerings and value propositions.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings to expand contacts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
  • Provide expert consultation on door solutions that align with project specifications and aesthetic goals.
  • Conduct regular client check-ins to ensure satisfaction and identify potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive business development strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
  • Track sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports to monitor performance and forecast future business growth.
  • Stay up to date on market trends, industry standards, and competitor offerings.
  • Advise clients on the latest design trends, technological advancements, and sustainability options in door manufacturing.

Qualifications :

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally within the building materials, construction, or architectural products industries.
  • Experience working with architects, designers, and large-scale construction / development firms is highly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships across multiple levels of client organizations.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex product offerings, especially as they pertain to architectural specifications and construction needs.
  • Negotiation skills with experience in closing high-value deals.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
  • Willingness to travel locally and regionally to meet with clients, attend industry events, and conduct site visits.
  • A passion for design and construction, with a focus on providing innovative and high-quality door solutions.

Pay : Up to $70,000 + Commission
