Engage with warm, pre-qualified leads to assess their insurance needs
Educate clients on coverage options and recommend personalized solutions
Provide policy support and answer client questions with clarity and care

Excellent communication skills (phone and written)
A self-starter mindset and strong accountability in a remote environment
