We specialize in data-driven, ROI-focused campaigns with a focus on results, speed, and a strong creative network. We are looking for a sales powerhouse to own outbound strategy and drive revenue.

Position Overview: We seek a highly driven, US-market-savvy Outbound Sales Representative to build and convert high-quality outbound leads into long-term clients. You will identify potential partners, pitch TikTals solutions, and close high-value deals with marketing decision-makers across startups, brands, and agencies. This role requires someone passionate about outbound sales, knowledgeable about the influencer marketing ecosystem, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Own and execute outbound sales strategy focused on the US market.
  2. Identify, target, and prospect brands and agencies through cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls, etc.).
  3. Build and manage a pipeline of leads and advance them through the sales funnel.
  4. Craft and deliver compelling pitches tailored to client needs and marketing goals.
  5. Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align client needs with service offerings.
  6. Meet or exceed revenue targets and KPIs monthly/quarterly.
  7. Track and forecast using CRM (HubSpot or similar).
  8. Provide feedback on market trends, client objections, and competitors.
  9. Work US business hours and respond promptly during peak hours.

Required Qualifications:

  1. 3+ years of outbound sales experience, preferably in influencer marketing, ad tech, digital marketing, or creative agencies.
  2. Deep knowledge of the US market, brand landscape, and buyer behavior.
  3. Proven success in closing deals and generating revenue.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
  5. Self-motivated, disciplined, and performance-oriented.
  6. CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred).
  7. Fluent in English.
  8. Ability to work independently remotely while aligning with team goals.
