The Digital Workplace team is seeking a Manager, Change and Adoption for digital workplace solutions. This team supports the firm’s overall needs by providing solutions that enhance productivity, collaboration, knowledge management, change management, and user experience. These solutions aim to enable KPMG employees with effective technology and knowledge tools, driving value for both KPMG and its clients.

What You Will Do
  • Design and lead business needs discovery and solution workshops.
  • Develop and propose solutions tailored to specific business needs and challenges.
  • Collaborate with engagement teams and other business units to maximize application use for desired outcomes.
  • Enhance collaboration, productivity, and technical capabilities by providing appropriate solutions based on business needs.
  • Identify and evaluate end-user impacts due to technology-driven changes and develop suitable change management plans.
What You Bring To The Role
  • Diploma in Organizational Change Management, Learning and Development, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in adoption and change management consulting, professional services, or related roles.
  • Relevant certifications in change management (e.g., Prosci) are advantageous.
  • Practical experience in change management, training, and communication within digital workplace or technology-driven environments.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft productivity tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs and materials.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and address user needs and concerns.

This role requires fluency in English, both written and oral. The successful candidate will support or collaborate with English-speaking colleagues and stakeholders across our English-speaking provinces.

KPMG BC Region Pay Range

The base salary range for this position is $86,000 to $128,500, potentially including bonuses. Salary within this range depends on location, skills, competencies, and qualifications. KPMG also offers a comprehensive Total Rewards program.
