The Digital Workplace team is seeking a Manager of Change and Adoption to support digital workplace solutions. This team provides solutions that enhance productivity, collaboration, knowledge management, and user experience, enabling KPMG employees with effective technology and knowledge tools to create value for the firm and its clients.

What You Will Do
  • Design and lead business needs discovery and solution workshops.
  • Conceptualize and propose tailored solutions to address business challenges.
  • Collaborate with engagement teams and other units to optimize application use for desired outcomes.
  • Enhance collaboration, productivity, and technical capabilities through appropriate solutions.
  • Identify and assess end-user impacts due to technology changes and develop change management plans.
What You Bring To The Role
  • Diploma in Organizational Change Management, Learning and Development, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in adoption and change management consulting, professional services, or similar roles.
  • Relevant certifications such as Prosci are a plus.
  • Hands-on experience in change management, training, and communication within a digital or technology-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles.
  • Expertise in Microsoft productivity tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs and materials.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and address user needs.

This role requires fluency in English, supporting collaboration with English-speaking colleagues and stakeholders across the country.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range for this position is $86,000 to $128,500, potentially with bonus eligibility. Salary is determined based on location, skills, and qualifications. KPMG also offers a comprehensive Total Rewards program.
