A leading support organization in Toronto is seeking a Behaviour Support Associate to promote individual well-being by implementing behavioral support plans. You will work closely with a team of professionals and engage in developing life skills programs for individuals with intellectual disabilities. Ideal candidates will have a background in Social Services and experience in Applied Behavior Analysis. This full-time position offers meaningful work in a dynamic environment.

Supporting individuals in all aspects of daily living while working as part of an inter-professional team, including an ABA lead and a Behavioral Services Consultant, to directly implement all aspects of the behavioural intervention/support plan. A strong emphasis is placed on building capacity to function in the community.
