JOB SUMMARY
The Human Resources Manager (HRM) provides strategic leadership and oversight of the Human Resources function, serving as a trusted partner to OKIB’s senior leadership, managers, and employees. The HRM ensures alignment between HR practices and OKIB’s values, goals, and organizational culture. This role is responsible for the effective delivery of HR programs, services, and policies while fostering a respectful, safe, and productive work environment.
Key areas of responsibility include workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, total rewards (excluding payroll & benefits administration and invoicing), policy compliance, and workplace health and safety. The HRM provides guidance and support to leaders and acts as a subject matter expert in HR best practices and employment legislation.
REPORTING STRUCTURE
Reports to the Director of Administration, dotted line to the Chief Executive Officer.

$96,000 - $113,000 per annum dependent upon education and experience.
