Responsibilities

The Human Resources Manager formulates and supervises programs related to employee selection, training, promotion, and welfare across multiple facilities. Responsibilities include interviewing applicants, developing personnel records, resolving disputes and grievances, recommending disciplinary actions, analyzing and classifying jobs, administering employee welfare and recreation services, and advising executive staff on personnel implications of policies, programs, and organizational changes.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 9-10 years hospital management experience

Preferred

• Master's or MBA degree
• Familiarity with wage and hour laws
• Knowledge of State and Federal laws including ERISA guidelines and accreditation standards
