HR Manager
We’re seeking a seasoned and people-centric HR Manager to join our leadership team and champion a proactive, business-aligned human resources strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to shape workplace culture, enhance employee experience, and drive performance within a dynamic environment. As a trusted advisor to senior leadership and mentor to HR team members, you will play a critical role in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives. Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Leadership: Serve as the main HR contact for employees and leadership, offering expert guidance on day-to-day operations while mentoring junior HR staff.
  • Retention & Engagement Strategy: Design and execute HR strategies focused on employee retention, wellbeing, engagement, and culture-building aligned with business priorities.
  • Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution: Lead confidential investigations and manage employee relations cases including those related to performance, workplace conflict, and compliance.
  • Leadership Collaboration: Partner with senior leaders to drive organization-wide initiatives including talent development, workforce planning, and DEI.
  • Legal & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal and provincial labor laws, employment standards, and immigration regulations.
  • Performance & Talent Management: Oversee performance reviews, succession planning, and career development frameworks that support business goals.
  • Policy Development & Implementation: Draft, update, and ensure adherence to company HR policies and procedures across departments.
  • Immigration & Workforce Mobility: Manage immigration processes, ensuring legal compliance and smooth onboarding of international talent.
  • Data-Informed Decision Making: Use HR analytics to provide insights, support strategic planning, and optimize organizational outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum 10–15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or strategic leadership role.
  • Experience in the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) industry (2–3 years preferred).
  • Proven success in managing and reducing employee attrition through targeted retention strategies.
  • Full work authorization in Canada required.
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related discipline; CPHR designation is a strong asset.
  • Strong command of employment law and regulatory frameworks in Canada.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint for executive-level HR reporting and presentations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with a collaborative mindset.
Salary & Benefits
  • Salary range of 110-120K CAD depending on experience and education
  • Benefits available (Dental, Vision, Medical, etc)
  • Fully remote work arrangement with some travel as required for client meetings within Canada
