The successful candidate will handle full-cycle payrolls for US and Canada, ensure government compliance, and work cross-functionally to provide timely payroll information and reports. AI may be used during the hiring process.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of active Canadian and US payroll processing experience in a fast-paced environment with 1500+ employees.
• Strong knowledge of Canadian payroll procedures and US payroll requirements.
• Experience with ADP Pay at Work platform is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer full-cycle semi-monthly US and Canada payrolls.
• Prepare reports using Report Writer.
• Respond to payroll information requests from government agencies and auditors.
