Cambridge Hyundai, part of the AutoCanada dealership network, seeks an experienced Service Advisor to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will estimate costs, welcome customers, and prepare repair orders to ensure smooth service visits.

Responsibilities include creating estimates, assigning technicians, test-driving when needed, and maintaining service records. Minimum 2 years in a dealership role; CDK a plus; strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of dealership experience as a Service Advisor.
• CDK experience is an asset.
• Automotive knowledge.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Estimate cost and time for repairs and prepare repair orders.
• Welcoming customers and discussing their needs in person or by phone.
• Develop repair estimates considering materials, supplies and labor.
• Detail vehicle problems to create clear repair orders.
• Connect customers with the right auto technician and follow up.
• Test-drive vehicles to confirm repairs when required.
• Maintain automotive records of problems and corrective actions.
