AutoCanada's Cambridge Hyundai in Cambridge, ON is hiring a Service Advisor to deliver an exceptional service experience for our clients. You will estimate repairs, prepare repair orders with detailed symptoms, welcome customers, and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely vehicle service.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of dealership Service Advisor experience, automotive knowledge, and proven ability to meet targets in a fast-paced environment.

Your area of focus.

We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor who is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience to join our growing team! We’re looking for a friendly and motivational individual to fill this position. You will play a key role in curating the service experience for our valued clients who choose to service their vehicles at our dealership.

What drives your day-to-day?

• Estimating the cost and time needed for a wide range of repairs.
• Welcoming customers and discussing their needs
• Answering customer inquiries, either in person or on the phone
• Develop repair estimates by taking the cost of materials, supplies, and labor into consideration.
• Prepare repair orders by detailing the vehicle’s problems or symptoms.
• Connecting customers to the right auto technician
• Test-driving vehicles to confirm the customers’ vehicle is repaired as needed.
• Maintaining automotive records by keeping track of problems and corrective actions

What Are The Must-haves…

• Minimum of 2-year dealership experience in a Service Advisor role required
• CDK experience is an asset
• Automotive knowledge
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience

Compensation

The expected range of compensation for this position is $45,000 – $80,000 Salary — Plus bonus. The actual compensation offered will be based on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, education, skills and experience. This position will also be eligible to participate in the Company's annual cash bonus program, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents.
