Job summary

The Humberview Group is seeking a Service Advisor in Toronto to join City Buick Chevrolet Cadillac GMC. You will greet customers, assess service needs, and recommend repairs and maintenance while building lasting relationships.

You will book appointments, manage estimates and scheduling, and communicate clearly with customers throughout the service process. Requirements include customer service experience, a valid driver's license, and strong communication and organizational skills; CDK

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Previous Service Advisor experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License with clean record required.
• CDK experience is an asset.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers upon arrival and document service needs.
• Provide professional recommendations on repairs and maintenance.
• Manage repair estimate timelines, shop loading and scheduling.
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments and communicate progress to customers.
• Address customer inquiries with professionalism and care.
• Follow up on service-related questions and updates.
