The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of dealership Service Advisor experience, automotive knowledge, and proven ability to meet targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of dealership Service Advisor experience.
• CDK experience is an asset.
• Automotive knowledge and strong customer focus.
• Ability to set and hit targets in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Estimate costs and times for repairs.
• Welcome customers and discuss service needs.
• Answer inquiries in person or by phone.
• Develop repair estimates with materials and labor costs.
• Prepare repair orders detailing vehicle problems.
• Connect customers to the right technician.
• Test-drive to verify repairs meet expectations.
• Maintain service records of issues and actions.
