Job summary

London Kia, part of AutoCanada, is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to deliver exceptional customer experiences while managing service workflows at our London, Ontario dealership. You will estimate repair costs, welcome customers, prepare repair orders, coordinate with technicians, and ensure accurate records.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years in a dealership Service Advisor role.
CDK experience is an asset.
Strong automotive knowledge and customer focus.
Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
Ability to remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

Estimate costs and time for repairs.
Welcome customers and discuss needs.
Answer inquiries in person or by phone.
Develop repair estimates including parts, labor and materials.
Prepare repair orders detailing problems or symptoms.
Connect customers with technicians.
Test-drive vehicles to confirm repairs.
Maintain service records of problems and actions.
