Job summary

Courtesy Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Calgary, AB is seeking a Service Advisor to deliver an exceptional service experience for customers. You will estimate costs, welcome clients, discuss needs, prepare repair orders and connect customers with technicians to ensure timely repairs.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of dealership experience, strong communication, and a customer-first mindset. CDK experience is a plus, and you thrive in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of dealership experience as a Service Advisor.
CDK experience is an asset.
Automotive knowledge is required.
Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment with many priorities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Keeps calm under pressure with customers.

What drives your day-to-day?

Estimating the cost and time needed for a wide range of repairs.
Welcoming customers and discussing their needs
Answering customer inquiries, either in person or on the phone
Develop repair estimates by taking the cost of materials, supplies, and labor into consideration.
Prepare repair orders by detailing the vehicle's problems or symptoms.
Connecting customers to the right auto technician
Test-driving vehicles to confirm the customers' vehicle is repaired as needed.
Maintaining automotive records by keeping track of problems and corrective actions
