Job summary

IntouchCX is seeking a Recruiter to conduct interviews for agent-level roles and drive the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth experience for new hires with orientation and training dates and times.

You will meet daily with the Recruiting Manager to determine hiring needs, interact with candidates via phone, video, or in person, and manage applicants in the ATS while maintaining confidentiality and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 year customer service, BPO, or retail experience.
• 1 year recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high volume call center environment or related industry is a plus.
• Must be comfortable on phones or in person 8 hours a day.
• Maintain a secure, high speed internet connection.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hectic, changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily with Recruiting Manager to determine daily hiring needs.
• Create positive experiences by building trust and transparency with Candidates.
• Interact with applicants via phone, video, and/or in person.
• Respond to inquiries from Candidates.
• Process and track applicants in an Applicant Tracking System.
• Recommend ways of improving recruiting process.
• Participate in job fairs & hiring events.
• Build relationships with internal employees.
• Ensure the onboarding process runs smoothly by providing details such as orientation and training dates and times, an outlet for questions, and next steps in the onboarding process.
