Job summary

Optro, a fast-growing SaaS provider of an AI-powered GRC platform, seeks a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to manage interview scheduling across multiple time zones and support the recruiting team. You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and a smooth candidate experience.

You’ll help optimize scheduling workflows, support TA initiatives, and coordinate across East Coast and EMEA time zones, with flexible location options.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in a similar role.
• Experience coordinating complex schedules across time zones for globally distributed teams.
• Able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and urgency.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for candidates and teams.
• Proactive in resolving scheduling conflicts and changing priorities.
• Discretion and professionalism with sensitive information.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office.
• Hands-on ATS experience with Ashby, Greenhouse or Lever.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate high-volume and complex interview schedules across time zones.
• Serve as a primary contact for candidates, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers on scheduling needs and changes.
• Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts to keep processes moving.
• Maintain candidate and interview data in the ATS accurately.
• Provide onboarding prep and other TA-related administrative support.
• Identify opportunities to improve scheduling workflows and candidate experience.
• Contribute to employer branding and recruiting initiatives.
