Job summary

IntouchCX is seeking a Recruiter to conduct interviews for agent-level roles and drive the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth experience for new hires with orientation and training dates and times.

You will meet daily with the Recruiting Manager to determine hiring needs, interact with candidates via phone, video, or in person, and manage applicants in the ATS while maintaining confidentiality and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 year customer service, BPO, or retail experience.
• 1 year recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high volume call center environment or related industry is a plus.
• Must be comfortable on phones or in person 8 hours a day.
• Maintain a secure, high speed internet connection.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hectic, changing environment.

Responsibilities

About the Job

The Recruiter position is responsible for conducting interviews for agent level roles, and making the best hiring decision in selecting the right candidates in order to reduce attrition. This position also plays an instrumental role in providing an outstanding experience for new hires within the onboarding process by providing details such as orientation and training dates and times, an outlet for questions, and next steps in the onboarding process.
