Job summary

IntouchCX is seeking a Corporate Recruiter in Winnipeg to shape recruitment strategy across all levels, from frontline to executives. You will manage multiple requisitions and build candidate pipelines to meet hiring goals.

You will coordinate phone, video, and on-site interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a remarkable candidate experience and strong collaboration with HR. A sharp focus on communication, organization, and process improvement is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment (call center or related)
• HR Generalist background preferred
• Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
• Operational background within a contact center environment is an asset
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and timeliness
• Ability to interact with employees at all levels and backgrounds

Responsibilities

As Corporate Recruiter, You Will…

• Manage multiple requisitions, inclusive of the inflow of applicants

As Corporate Recruiter, You Have…

• 3+ years of Recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high volume call center environment or related industry
• An HR Generalist background (preferred)
• A degree in Human Resources or a related field (considered an asset)
• An operational background within a contact center environment (considered an asset)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hectic, changing environment
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and timeliness
• Ability to effectively interact and build relationships with employees at all levels and diverse backgrounds
• A creative and resourceful attitude to find the perfect candidates
• Excellent attention-to-detail and organizational skills
