Job summary

Altis Technology is seeking a detail-oriented donor services professional to join the fundraising and finance team. You will process donations via multiple channels, issue receipts, and maintain donor data accuracy to support timely tax receipt issuance.

You will engage with donors and respond to inquiries while maintaining meticulous records and contributing to year-end gift processing. Hybrid work is offered to balance in-office collaboration with remote work.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in gift processing, accounting, finance or related admin work.
• Experience with financial transactions and tax receipts is an asset.
• Experience using Raiser's Edge or similar CRM/database is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Process donations received by cheque, cash, credit card and online channels with high accuracy.
• Issue and verify charitable tax receipts following guidelines.
• Enter and maintain donor information in the donor database, avoiding duplicates.
• Respond to donor inquiries by email, phone, and in person regarding receipts and records.
• Maintain filing and documentation; support year-end gift processing.
• Use Excel and internal databases to reconcile information and ensure data integrity.
