Job summary

Sinai Health Foundation in Toronto is seeking a Gift Processing Officer (Contract) to support donor records and receipts. You will process gifts from multiple channels, ensure data accuracy, and maintain compliance with Foundation guidelines.

The role requires two years in gift processing, experience with Raiser's Edge, strong Excel skills, and the ability to meet deadlines while handling sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary education in business administration, accounting or finance, or equivalent professional experience.
• Two years of gift processing or accounting experience.
• Experience with Raiser's Edge or similar database.
• Ability to manage day-to-day gift processing functions.
• Strong MS Office skills and data confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Process gifts via multiple channels for Sinai Health Foundation and related Foundations.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of donor information across portfolios.
• Support gift imports and update payment information across foundations.
• Generate receipts and tax letter documentation per guidelines.
• Maintain complete audit trails through proper filing and archiving.
• Respond to inquiries about how gifts are recorded or split.
• Maintain knowledge of Raisers Edge database and processes.
