Job Details

• The District Sales Manager is a seasonal position, starting in July and ending in November.
• Responsible for all aspects of store operation across approximately 3 stores, including sales, payroll, recruiting, training, employee relations, expense control, shrink, and related functions.
• Includes construction, opening, operating, and tear-down of Spirit stores.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years old, have a flexible schedule, and 2 to 5 years of experience in a multi-store supervisory role.
• Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting up to 50 pounds for over 8 hours daily.

Compensation and Benefits

Weekly rate ranges from $1,088 to $1,113, depending on qualifications and experience.

Benefits include Repeat DSM Bonus Program and DSM Seasonal Incentive Program. Bonus and pay programs are subject to qualifications.
