Job Responsibilities

• The District Sales Manager is a seasonal position, starting in July and ending in November.
• Responsible for all aspects of store operations (average 3 stores), including sales, payroll, recruiting, training, employee relations, expense control, shrink management, and related functions.
• Includes construction, opening, operating, and tear down of Spirit stores.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years old, have a flexible schedule, and 2 to 5 years of experience in a multi-store supervisory role.
• Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds for over 8 hours.
