Job description

Weekly rate ranges from $1,088 - $1,113 per week and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Benefits include: Repeat DSM Bonus Program, DSM Seasonal Incentive Program. Bonus and Pay programs subject to qualifications.


Brand: Spirit Halloween

The District Sales Manager is a seasonal position, which starts in July and typically ends in November. The District Sales Manager is responsible for all aspects of the store operation (average 3 stores) including:

  1. Sales
  2. Payroll recruiting
  3. Training
  4. Employee relations
  5. Expense control
  6. Shrink and all related functions

Duties also include the construction and opening, operating and closing/tear down of the assigned Spirit stores. Applicants must be at least 21, have a flexible schedule and have 2 to 5 years experience in a multi-store supervisory position. The physical demands of the job require in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting and moving up to 50 pounds.
