The role requires 5–10 years of retail leadership, multi-unit experience, strong financial acumen, and travel across East Canada.

Qualifikationen

• 5-10 years of progressive retail leadership experience.

• Lead multiple retail stores to consistently achieve sales, profitability, payroll, and operational objectives.
• Drive district performance through coaching and accountability.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, develop, and retain top retail talent while building succession plans for future leadership.
• Coach and mentor store managers to strengthen leadership capability and execution.
• Monitor and improve key business metrics including sales, conversion, average transaction value, labor productivity, inventory accuracy, and customer experience.
• Ensure stores consistently execute POP MART’s visual merchandising, operational, and brand standards.
• Conduct regular business reviews and store visits to identify opportunities and implement action plans.
