Job summary

Adidas Canada is seeking a District Manager to lead a portfolio of stores with a strong focus on sales growth, profitability and operational excellence. You will drive store performance, coach leaders and ensure brand standards are consistently met across the district.

You will collaborate with Planning, Allocation, Finance, HR and Marketing to optimize inventory, improve customer experience and develop future leaders within a growing Canadian retail footprint.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of progressive retail leadership with multi-unit responsibility.
• Proven track record of delivering sales growth and hitting financial targets.
• Strong coaching, succession planning and talent development experience.
• Ability to translate data and insights into actionable store strategies.
• Experience managing store operations, inventory, labor planning and merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive financial and operational performance across the district to hit sales, profitability and KPI targets.
• Develop clear priorities and store-level strategies aligned with adidas Canada's goals.
• Lead recruitment, development and retention of high-performing store leaders.
• Ensure execution of brand standards, merchandising and customer experience across all stores.
• Collaborate with Planning, Allocation, Finance, HR, Marketing and Loss Prevention to optimize inventory and store ops.
• Monitor performance, conduct reviews and provide actionable feedback to leaders.
• Support new store openings, relocations and expansions with strong operational readiness.
