Job summary

Dollarama is seeking a District Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across 10 to 18 stores and report to the Director of Operations. You will lead store managers, drive sales, coordinate recruitment and training, and ensure strong in-store execution and program adherence.

The role requires extensive travel within the territory, a focus on team development, and delivering profitability and growth across the district.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years of management experience in retail.
• At least 4 years as a Store Manager.
• Bachelor's or college degree is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of 10–18 stores through store managers.
• Lead and develop store managers and ~10+ store employees per location.
• Recruit, train, and retain store staff; manage openings.
• Travel within territory for store visits and projects.
• Monitor performance metrics for loss prevention, sales and operations.
• Execute company programs, merchandising and reporting.
• Open new stores and align with Director of Operations.
