Job summary

POP MART Americas Inc. in Toronto is seeking a District Manager for Retail Operations to lead multiple stores, drive sales, profitability, payroll, and overall operations. You will coach store managers, recruit and develop top talent, and ensure brand standards across locations.

You will monitor key metrics, manage payroll and budgets, and partner with HR on workforce planning. Frequent travel across the East Canada market is required.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of progressive retail leadership experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years of multi-unit retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple retail stores to achieve sales, profitability, payroll, and operational objectives.
• Coach and mentor store managers to strengthen leadership capability and execution.
• Monitor and improve key business metrics including sales, labor, inventory accuracy, and customer experience.
