Job summary

Dexterra Group is seeking an experienced leader to manage contract services across client accounts, ensuring compliance with terms and delivering value. The role requires strategic thinking, operational excellence and a demonstrated ability to drive client satisfaction.

You will oversee a cross-functional team, lead growth opportunities, manage budgets and risk, and maintain health, safety and environmental standards across multiple sites, colleagues and clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of management experience leading teams in service delivery.
• Undergraduate degree or diploma in integrated facilities management preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (oral and written).
• Proven ability to lead others by empathy, open-mindedness and respect.
• Ability to travel between sites on demand, travel approx. 40% of the time.
• Familiar with health, safety and environmental management systems.
• Strong problem solving and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads every aspect of services and operations.
• Understands contractual terms and conditions.
• Negotiates agreements that are mutually satisfying.
• Ensures Dexterra client retention through proactive engagement and relationship building.
• Aligns key Dexterra contacts with client positions and creates a relationship matrix.
• Oversees performance, budget, and accountability at account level.
