Job summary

Dexterra Group is seeking an experienced accounts leader to drive revenue growth and profitability for assigned clients. You will lead on-site teams, build strong client relationships, and ensure service excellence across custodial and maintenance operations.

This role emphasizes safety, quality, and operational efficiency with travel as needed, and offers growth opportunities within a growing, inclusive company.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of operational experience in Custodial & Maintenance management.
  • Experience overseeing custodial operations in retail and office environments is considered an asset.
  • Multi site contract experience is a plus
  • Ability to travel overnight when required
  • Must pass a Federal criminal background check
  • Must have a clean drivers abstract

Qualifications
