Job summary

Dexterra Group is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to lead service delivery across client accounts in Canada. You will understand contractual terms, negotiate agreements, and maintain strong relationships with clients.

You will manage performance expectations, develop talent, and contribute to budgeting and P&L oversight. The role requires senior leadership experience in facilities services, excellent communication, and the ability to travel between sites about 40% of the time.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of management experience leading teams delivering culinary or cleaning services.
• Undergraduate degree or diploma in facilities management preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to lead with empathy, openness and respect.
• Strong relations with employees, clients and customers.
• Familiar with health, safety and environmental management systems.
• Strong problem solving and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Willing to travel between sites; travel ~40% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Leads every aspect of services and operations.
• Negotiates agreements that are mutually satisfying.
• Ensures client retention and effective relationships with clients.
• Aligns Dexterra contacts with client orgs and builds a relationship matrix.
• Oversees management team and ensures quality checks.
• Inputs to and is accountable for annual budgets and P&L.
• Manages health, safety and environment systems.
• Identifies new opportunities to market and sell products and services.
• Keeps abreast of client trends and strategic planning.
