Job summary

Harmac Transportation is seeking a Driver Coordinator to thrive in a fast-paced environment and help keep our operations running smoothly. The role is based in Ontario with a Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm schedule, and offers a term position and a salary range of $50,000–$60,000.

Responsibilities include coordinating driver schedules, verifying customer orders in the TMW system, dispatching loads, confirming deliveries, and maintaining proactive communication with drivers and the operations

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in business, logistics, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in transportation or logistics; dispatch experience is a strong asset.
• Knowledge of ELD systems and TMW software is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; you're the calm in the storm.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• A team-player attitude and a passion for problem-solving.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
