Canada Cartage in Mississauga, ON is seeking a Dispatcher to support and monitor all on‑road activities, assign routes and loads, and ensure on‑time deliveries. You will communicate with drivers, customers, and departments to keep our trucking services efficient and reliable during the night shift (Friday - Monday, 9:00 PM to 7:30 AM).
The role requires a minimum of 2 years in dispatch and a high school diploma, with the ability to work flexible hours and overtime when needed.

The Dispatcher is responsible for supporting and monitoring all on‑road activities completed by drivers during the shift. Your role involves assigning routes and loads to drivers, monitoring their progress, and ensuring on‑time deliveries while responding to unforeseen challenges such as traffic or weather disruptions. Additionally, you will maintain effective communication with drivers, customers, and other departments to streamline logistics and contribute to the efficient and reliable operation of our trucking services.
