Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain driver schedules
• Receive and verify customer orders in the TMW system and schedule loads
• Dispatch loads to drivers with all details (shift plans, truck assignments, route info)
• Confirm load deliveries and update systems, escalate issues to management
• Be the go-to person for drivers, answer questions, resolve challenges
• Monitor safety, service incidents, and performance metrics
• Support after-hours operations by managing calls and real-time solutions
• Collaborate with operations to keep loads, routes, and drivers on schedule

What You’ll Do

What You Bring

• Post-secondary education in business, logistics, or a related field will be considered.
• Experience in transportation or logistics; dispatch will be considered a strong asset.
• Knowledge of ELD systems and TMW software is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills - you're the calm in the storm.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
