Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware and flatware.
• Store clean equipment, dishes, and utensils in assigned storage areas.
• Rotate dishes to reduce wear and tear on resources.
• Immediately clean up spills or broken glassware.
• Keep trash cans clean and remove full cans at the end of each shift.

• The candidate will be responsible for cleaning machines and appliances used in the kitchen, such as coffee makers, pots, and pans, mixers, etc.
• The candidate will be required to sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand.
• The candidate will be required to clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts and waste disposal units
• The candidate will be responsible for operating dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware and flatware.
• The candidate will be required to place and stores clean equipment, dishes, and utensils in assigned storage areas.
• The candidate will be required to rotate dishes in order to reduce wear and tear on resources.
• The candidate will be required to immediately clean up any spills or broken glassware.
• The candidate will be in charge of keeping trash cans clean throughout the shift and removing full trashcans and boxes at the end of each shift.
