Job summary

• Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand.
• Package take-out food.
• Prepare, heat and finish simple food items.
• Serve customers at counters or buffet tables.
• Take customers’ orders.
• Clear and sanitize kitchen surfaces and storage areas.
• Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators and other storage areas.
• Sweep, mop and polish floors.
