Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking a Lead, Technical Account Management (SMB Merchants) for a remote Canada role. You will lead a team of TAMs delivering technical success after sale, advising merchant developers and product partners from integration to scale.

You will coach and develop TAMs, collaborate across teams, and drive proactive plans and solutions for SMB merchants within Affirm’s expanding product suite.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in a B2B, customer-facing technical role.
• Three+ years of people management experience.
• Strong background in web development and REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a TAM team supporting SMB merchants.
• Partner with Client Success, Product, Operations and Merchant Care.
• Define OKRs and proactive plans to achieve goals.
• Forecast demand for TAMs and recruit as needed.
• Guide integration, troubleshooting and optimization for merchants.
