The Director of Sales is the engine behind Brodie League’s athlete growth and revenue expansion. This is a full‑time, in office, high‑performance leadership role for a builder who can create systems, scale people, and turn frontline staff into an elite, customer‑obsessed sales force.
You will own athlete growth across all Brodie League locations— increasing registrations, boosting retention, driving add‑on revenue, and unlocking new opportunities to grow the brand. This role sits at the intersection of sales, customer experience, community, and operations.
Your job: build the ultimate service‑driven selling machine across North America, powered by Brodie culture and frontline execution.
You will partner directly with on‑site teams, League Managers, Athlete Experience Specialists, and Highlight Specialists, shaping the scripts, playbooks, tools, and habits they use to convert athletes, exceed expectations, and keep players coming back season after season.
