The Health Services Foundation of the South Shore (HSFSS) is seeking an inspiring leader to join their team as the Director of Philanthropy. This is a unique opportunity to build on the recent success of the Brighter Days capital campaign and make a significant difference in the lives of community members by supporting essential health services within South Shore Regional and Fishermen’s Memorial Hospitals.

The Health Services Foundation of the South Shore is dedicated to enhancing rural healthcare with the support of a dedicated community and a forward thinking Board. The Role:

Step into a deeply impactful role where you will be the driving force behind increasing annual revenues and advancing the Foundation’s mission. Reporting to the Executive Director, you will collaborate with the Board of Directors, corporate and community leaders, volunteers, and staff to implement innovative fundraising strategies. In this role, you will develop and execute the annual fundraising plan, identify new revenue streams, manage major gift prospects, and build lasting donor relationships. Your efforts will cultivate a culture of philanthropy within HSFSS's associated hospitals, ensuring comprehensive donor stewardship.
